Refunds and Exchanges

If more than 30 days has expired since you received your item we will not be able to accept your return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. If defective please send a picture to enable us to refund you or give you an exchange.

In most cases, we will replace and/or refund defective items simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem with theΒ item.
