Return Policy
We are delighted to accept your item back if you are unhappy with it. If possible, we would like to know why you didn't like it so we can improve on our product offerings.
However, if more than 30 days has expired since you received your item we will not be able to accept your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error has occurred when filling the order and you received the incorrect product(s). If defective please still return the item(s) to enable us to refund you or give you an exchange.
As a small business we use our errors to improve manufacturing and resource processes.
