Shipping Policy

All items on our website ship to you FREE except for the Pallet Wood Signs and the benches. 
The Wood Signs will be assessed shipping charges during checkout according to weight. The weight correlates with US Postal Service rates.
Other items you order (excluding benches and pallet wood signs) are shipped to you for free. For specific information on shipping times, please refer to each product's description as it will contain a more precise timeline. Crafting times plus preparation is different for each item we produce. Creating the item, finishing & polishing touches plus various shipping methods all factor in for each item we offer.
And remember: wood products are durable with increased longevity; they develop patinas and characteristics over time that are cherished through generations. 

For the pallet wood signs, we will prepare and ship them within 2-4 days. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

For the wood benches, orders go into production as soon as the order is placed. Allow 2-4 weeks for production and another 4-6 weeks for delivery. This time period correlates with weather, amount of items in order and logistics.

Please call us immediately if you would like to make changes to your order. We will make every effort to make the changes before the order ships. Order changes will reset the lead time on the order as the process for your order will re-start. If changes need to be made after an order is shipped, it will be considered a finished order and must then be returned.
