Return Policy for Benches

On this page, we list information about shipping, return policy for the wood BENCHES we offer on our website.

BENCHES: 

Benches ship to any address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Rest assured that the price we list on the bench is the price you'll pay. For your convenience, we also offer delivery upgrades if you are willing to cover the cost for expedited shipping. Each order is checked for quality, packed with care, and shipped from our location. 

Most orders go into production as soon as the order is placed. Allow 2-4 weeks for production.  Please call us immediately if you would like to make changes to your order. We will make every effort to make the changes before the order ships. Order changes will reset the lead time on the order as the process for your order will re-start. If changes need to be made after an order is shipped, it will be considered a finished order and must then be returned.

Return Policy for Benches:

All refunds, returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of receiving your bench(es).  If 30 days have gone by since your received your bench, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If product is damaged from shipping.  Proof of damage must be given.  Please send a picture. Once approved we will either refund you or send you a replacement.

We believe you will love your bench(es) but if you receive the bench and you change your mind within 30 days of receipt, all refunds due to you simply not liking the product can be returned with no hassle. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipping. 

A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the original and return shipping amount.

If you can, we absolutely want to know why you are returning as we are continually adjusting our products and service for improvement.

Wood products and clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If more than 30 days has expired since your purchase we will not be able to accept your return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. If defective please send a picture to enable us to refund you or give you an exchange.

If not defective, the items being returned must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Clothing items must be in their original condition (unwashed and unworn).
